These terms govern your use of Slash Social, including the website, Slack app, support channels, and related services. By using Slash Social, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Using Slash Social
You may use Slash Social only if you have authority to connect the Slack workspace, brand, social account, or billing account involved. You are responsible for the activity of users you invite and for keeping workspace access accurate.
Workspace and social account connections
Slash Social relies on Slack and social platform APIs. Your use of connected accounts must comply with the policies of those platforms. Platform availability, permissions, review requirements, and API limits may affect specific workflows.
Content and approvals
You own the content you submit to Slash Social. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, publishing, and monitoring public posts. Slash Social provides workflow tools, but final publishing decisions remain your responsibility.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features may help draft, summarize, classify, and report on work. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before approval, publishing, or external use.
Acceptable use
You may not use Slash Social to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute harmful content, bypass platform rules, send spam, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the product, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Billing and plans
Paid features, limits, and billing terms depend on the plan assigned to your organization. If a payment fails or a subscription is canceled, access to paid features may be limited.
Feature availability
Some features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as we improve reliability, platform support, and product fit.
Confidentiality
If either party receives non-public business, technical, or product information from the other, it must use reasonable care to protect that information and use it only for the relationship between the parties.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to improve the product, comply with platform changes, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
Disclaimers
Slash Social is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every workflow, integration, publishing job, AI output, or third-party platform connection will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slash Social will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using Slash Social at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law or platform policy, or if continued access creates risk to the service or other customers.
