Slash Social provides Slack-native social media workflows for planning, approvals, publishing, inbox triage, and reporting. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, Slack app, support channels, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, Slack workspace identifiers, user identifiers needed to operate the app, brand configuration, connected social account metadata, content drafts, approval decisions, inbox items, support messages, billing records, and technical logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide the product, route workflows, manage approvals, schedule and recover publishing jobs, show analytics, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, secure the service, and improve product reliability.
Slack and social platform data
Slash Social processes Slack and social platform data only as needed to deliver workflows you configure. We do not sell workspace data, social account data, drafts, approvals, inbox content, or analytics records.
AI-assisted features
When you use AI-assisted features, relevant prompts, context, and generated outputs may be processed by our AI service providers through approved product infrastructure. AI assistance is used to support drafting, classification, summarization, and reporting workflows.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, support, bill for, and operate Slash Social. We may also share information when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain audit history for configured workflows.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access, monitor reliability, and reduce unnecessary data exposure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of certain information by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, compliance, billing, or audit history.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The updated policy will show a new effective date.
